PMS or possible Pregnancy related

I have been extremely nauseated and dizzy for the last 3 weeks or so...I am having lots of cramp-like pains, and these painful twinges in my belly around my belly button and right side around hip. I was concerned it was the beginning of appendicitis..so I went to the E.R and had a CT done and everything looked fine including all other organs around it. I did two home pregnancy tests before I decided to go to the E.R that were negative. They did a pregnancy test there that was negative. And this is still going on..including back pain and breast tenderness. So Ive done two pregnancy tests in the last 5 days..all negative. Im only 5dpo and I read and it said it couldnt detect pregnancy this early anyways. Something in my body is way off....anybody else go through this. Was it just really weird PMS??? Did anyone get a BFP after these symptoms...So confused
