Is this ok ?

Hey mommas

Im a ftm and my lo is 3 months i love holding him and just loving him up! Well lately i been trying to not hold him so much cause hes getting to the point where if i even move him he cries cause he thinks im gonna put him down so when he let's me ill clean shower etc and i feel guilty for lettinf him fall alseep without me holding him or laying there for a little idk am i over reacting?
