What to expect?

So...just starting our Assisted Fertility journey. We've been working on this for two years. After about 1.5 years, we started with Clomid which worked to make me ovulate. Still nothing. Had HSG and other related things in Oct. All fine. Hubs had SA in end if Oct....not all fine. He had only 12 million, 46% alive, 33% mobile (level 3), and a morphology score of 0 [multiple defects). So....we see the urologist in two (more) weeks.

1. What should we expect from the urologist?

2. After that, what are our options? Can morphology be "fixed" at all? Is IVF with ICSI our only viable option?

3. What should we be expecting from the first few fertility appointments?

I have tried to search these answers out instead of posting. I didn't find too much. I'm very nervous and would like some fertility treatments veterans (gurus??) to help me out please. Thank you.
