7 months and bubs doesnt move much at all

Hi. Im 7 month preg...im 28 weeks and 1 day and bubs doesnt move much at all except first thing in the mornung and then right before i go to bed. But in thr middle of the day...pretty much nothing...even if u sit still. I have heard by this stage you need to count the movements and make sure they move every hour...but my little boy just doesn't move unless uts early mirn or late at night and rven then its just light movements 😔.
