hyperthyroid

Went to the doctor last week for my yearly physical and i find out im expecting baby #2!! Great news :) they did my blood work turns out im only about 6 weeks now and they find out i have hyperthyroid, has anyone else had this come up with pregnancy??? I never had any problems with my first so im kinda freaking out. Any words of advice ?! They prescribed me levothyroxine and i have to take that for 6 weeks then go back for more blood work ...
