Please help

TMI-What is the meaning of this discharge? I am having alot more of it than usual, my nipples are extremely sensitive, I have bad headaches, bad gas, constipated and I am very emotional over stupid things. I have irregular periods so I don't know when to expect my next period or when I ovulated. I've been having unprotected sex and he's been finishing inside of me for the last week and a half. I just got off my birth control after my last period as it wasn't helping me regulate my period how I'd like.
