This morning I woke up and went to the bathroom. I looked in the mirror and noticed three cold sores on my top lip😡

Idk how this happened 😔 I just got done dealing with a cold sore on my bottom lip last week. I am currently 18w2d pregnant and I always get cold sores during the winter. November thru January. Does anyone know any natural remedies I can use to treat this it looks so gross and I have an OBGYN apt on Friday .
