24 days post d&c.. ???

Ladies im 24 days post d&c and ive been feeling so bleh for almost 3 days. I had stopped bleeding at 12 days post d&c thats when we started having sex again. About a week ago i had severe cramping and lots of discharge. Still having the discharge. And the cramps come and go. Ive been getting sore breasts and these headaches that wont go away no matter what. Ive been sleeping alot lately and i have this weird pulling and pinching sensation in my lower abdomen sometimes on both left and right side and i feel it in my lower back too. Me and my husband have not been preventing or trying. I have tooken a couple of opks in the last week and half. One of them was almost positive. Could i have possibly concieved this soon after d&c ??? Not sure if having the d&c is messing with my hormones or not. Already took a pregnancy test 9 days ago to be sure levels are normal. Came back negative. Any imputs would be greatly appreciated. After 2 miscarriages in 2 years im feeling very nervous.
