why is my milk supply dwindling and what can I do about it?
My baby was born October 16th and I have been exclusively breast feeding. At first when I used to pump in the mornings I would get a solid 5-7 oz in one pump, any time before noon. That's what I used to start a stockpile of milk for when I shot my first wedding back six weeks after her birth (I'm a photographer). And I would get 3oz easily per pump after that.
Well for whatever reason, now I get 2oz easily and to get the third out is a struggle. And I definitely have. I milk left over at the end of the day. It's getting really frustrating. I'm just over 6 weeks out.
Anyone know why my supply is going down and what I could do about it to make it go back up?
