Cramps😫

My period ended 4 days ago , it was a short one lasted 2 days but I'm now having really bad cramping in my left side quite low and I just went to the bathroom sorry TMI and had orange/ light brown discharge ... is this normal? Never experienced cramps after a period before and not the discharge 😔 thanks guys
