Mirena after insertion
Hey, so I got my mirena 2 days ago and today I've noticed a kinda strong smelling, yellowish discharge. I'm a bit worried it's an infection, just wanted to know if others have had this, if it's common etc? I've been having period like cramps, but only really at night which I've found weird.
