what have I done. I need help ASAP

So me and my boyfriend right now we're dating for a year and 3 months and he broke up with me and went with another girl for a few weeks then came back to me ..... I took him back. When we had broke up I had a little something going on with a football player and no one knew but us. Me and this football player still talk and stuff as friends ... on Tuesday he gave me a ride home from school and he came in and we make a lot of make out sessions. He came over today after he had soccer practice and we had a lot more ... he had gotten more touchy today and all that.  I know this is wrong bc my boyfriend don't know about it. What should I do ? Should I stop contact with the football player and just worry about my relationship with my boyfriend or tell my boyfriend and keep up the thing going on with the football player. The only bad thing is that the football player is a flat out HOE!!
