Am I allowed to be hurt?

So, my boyfriend and I are going on 9 months strong now. We've actually talked about getting engaged soon, I couldn't be more thrilled. ☺️

We were in a little bit of an argument two weeks ago about him texting another girl. I don't care that he is texting other girls, but I'd like him to just say "Oh, so-and-so texted me the other day!". This is just something I've always done when a guy texts me. I want complete and total honesty in our relationship.

He agreed to my condition, but then he said something that made me really mad. He said that I should be thanking this girl continually, because if it wasn't for her he wouldn't be around today.

(As far as I know, my boyfriend has never been suicidal or depressed in his life, so I don't know what that means either.)

Am I allowed to be upset by this?? I mean, his problems before he ever started talking to me were his problems, right??

I'm just feeling very hurt. 😔

Guys, he dated this girl for awhile, but they didn't work out. She also worked for his family on their farm this summer, so I had to deal with her being over there with him alone almost every day of the summer. 😠

He says that they are just best friends, but because of the thing they had it makes me nervous.

Once I read the part I should be thinkin her Guuuuuurrrrrl my head flew back like say what!!!!!! Now in my eyes you need to know what exactly does he mean before you jump off the handle so keep your head in and converse with him get to know something about this lil miss thang. I feel you bout being mad cause my fiancé talks to his ex from high school and lord knows I can't stand it I mean every so often they FaceTime I'm not sure how much when he's not home or around me but I have been around and she would even text a wyd text or post some of facebook and tag him 🙄🙄🙄🙄 I don't like it not one bit but he says that was his first real girlfriend and she is a true friend indeed now he says she understands me 😒😒😒😒 so when we have argue mental she irons out why the arguments happen between the two I still don't care fah her but that's LIL friend so I got over it

What is his relationship with this girl; friend,classmate,workmate just try to figure out how they know each other. If you are talking about engagement then you should try and know every thing about him. Know all his female friends. Plus do not give him the privilege of being the most honest girlfriend you can be while he is busy asking you to thank other girls for his presence in your life

Research the shit out that girl and as for now take one foot out of your relationship just to protect yourself as you work things out with your man😊😊
