sex on pill

So I feel like an uneducated woman asking this, but I've been on the pill for years now, and i take it religiously every day, maybe taken a pill late once in all these years. I've recently started a relationship and we had protected sex last night, but on my app it says last night and today were my ovulation days. Do you even ovulate on the pill? What is the odds of pregnancy? Thanks girls!!!
