High BP in preemies?

Has anyone ever had to deal with their preemie having high blood pressure? My LO is 6 months (3.5 adjusted) and I'm taking her in for a follow up with her cardiologist because two weeks ago when they were checking her murmur they noticed her BP was high. The doctor said sometimes that happens in preemies who had to have the artery line through their belly button. If you've dealt with this did your LO have to go on medication? And if so when were they able to come off? Thank you!
