Free Baby Items/Products?

I'm a ftm, and I'm slowly buying things for my baby. I created registries on Target and amazon, but whenever I look at the reviews, I see that a lot of the reviewers "received this item in exchange for their opinion", how are people doing that? lol I want free baby items in exchange for my opinion.
