I'm really scared I'm pregnant

My BF and I had sex about a day or two after my period ended so I'm on my first week of pills. We had sex twice without a condom for maybe a minute each time but I got two nervous both times so we put one on. He didn't ejaculate in me but idk if there was pre cum. I'm scared I could be pregnant and I have to wait like 23 days till my period. What's the likelihood that I am pregnant??
