Anyone with 1 ovary?

Anyone that have one ovary? How long did it take you to get pregnant?

My sister in law has one ovary and she conceived the second month of trying!

I got pregnant with my first child the first time I had sex.
I got pregnant with my second child the first month trying.
I got pregnant with twins while thinking about trying🙂 I ended up losing one of them early on though. 
I'm kind of scared of how fertile I would be with both ovaries😳

They had to remove my left w/cyst after my oldest (almost 13) with my 2nd we got pregnant within 2 months of trying, 3rd we got pregnant when 2nd was 6months old without trying actually preventing, 4th planned pregnant 1 month of trying, 5th bc fail. My doctor laughs and thinks it was just for decoration since I haven't had any issues without it.

Anyone with 1 ovary?
