Facing loneliness

I'm not doing this to seek attention or anything, and I know that most of your SO's have been gone for longer. My SO in the Air Force has been gone for over 5 months and some days I feel great, but others (like today) I just feel so lonely and so down about it. No one else like family or friends understand what I'm going through because they've never had their spouse in the military. I know that every military spouse has gone through loneliness at some point.. I just would appreciate advise or some encouragement, thanks ladies. ❤️
