Breast Lump

I was feeling my breasts and I feel a nickel sized lump on one side that I dont believe is on the other side but I cant tell, I asked my boyfriend but he yelled to me thats hes not a fucking doctor. Does anyone else have a lump in breast this size, it is under my nipple but more toward the outer chest? Answers?
