Missing one pill

Will missing one pill at the very start of my cycle cause me to automically get pregnant? I didn't make it up the next day and I haven't been using extra protection, just taking my birth control pills as usual and he normally pulls out (I know pulling out isn't exactly a way of pregnancy prevention)
