Pink eye?

Question

Has anyone treated pink eye with breast milk? I'm not sure it's pink eye but the doctors office is closed until Monday.  Was going to try doing that today and tomorrow to see if it might help!

It works for pink eye, but unless you know you've had contact with someone with pink eye it could be something else. My daughter just had a watery and goopy eye a few weeks ago. Her pediatrician told me to try breast milk and bring her in if it didn't clear up after a day. It turned out the leaky eye was a side effect of a bad ear infection. I had no idea that could happen! Her only other symptom was congestion, so I had no idea she was sick. So if the eye doesn't get significantly better after a day of breast milk I would call the doctor.

Yes!! It works. Just squirt some on there and the next day it should be gone. My best friend swears by it.
