glow wrong with dates ?

Anyone else think glow is wrong with their dates? It says I'm on CD 20 usually out of 28 but it's saying 25 this month. I'm not sure when to test as my fertile days were the 21-26 of November. Yet I had bad cramping from the 26-December 1! Help please 😩😩

I didn't really use to go by the glow dates! I put in my period and used it for my fertile period but then just kept to my own workings out for my period!! You can usually test about two weeks after your fertile week though xxxx good luck x
