creamy CM and EWCM

Hi, so the last two days I have been having both creamy CM and EWCM, anyone else ever had this and what was the outcome. I have had cramping for over a week and I'm pretty sure I ovulated between CD 7-10. I have been extremely stressed this month and also moved. Any ideas?
