Help me please, I need yall right now, Im going crazy

Hey ladies! I need advice please I am going crazy.. My af always been normal 28-30 days never after 30 days.. My last af was September 3 it went like a normal period. When October came I spotted brown for one day a week befor my period was due, I thought implantation?

So my af didnt show up I took two test and negative. So November can around I spotted again brown for one day, no period bfn. Went to my doctor bfn but he just order a ultra sound instead of a blood test I get the results on Monday.. Now its December nothing still.. I'm so scared.. I havnt took another test in about 3 weeks since I seen my doctor.. Do anyone have advice too me. And by the way I'm 28 and this never happen I mean ever...
