ovulating & plan b

Hi so my bf and I had sex with out a condom (I'm not on birth control bc im not insured) it was like for one minute or two. He didn't cum in me, and he wasn't even close to when he was in me without a condom. But I was ovulating, I took plan b 3 hours after we had sex but I am freaking out. My breasts have been tender, and I am not sure if it from the Plan B or because my period *should* be coming in a little over a week.
