when do they start to see something on ultrasound

I'm praying baby isn't in tubes and in uterus cause last time they couldn't see anything cause I was probably to early my hcg levels went up from 3376-5652 should they be able to see something next scan? It's hard for them to identify how far I am since my periods are so irregular

At 5w3d all we could see was a teeny tiny gestational sac. At 6w, the gestational sac and the yolk sac. 6w2d, the fetal pole was visible and we got to see and hear the heartbeat.

Typically once hug levels are about 2000 they can see a gestational Sac. On my first pregnancy they waited for my hcg levels to get to 2000 (around 4 weeks) and had me come in.  We saw Sac but nothing else - then numbers started to drop (blighted ovum). This pregnancy numbers were always high and I didn't get a first ultrasound until 7weeks 2days.

When I first found out I was pregnant they couldn't see anything on a regular ultrasound until about 12 weeks. I have a retroverted uterus. So I got my first two ultrasounds transvaginal.

This is my first ultrasound from 5w3d. Gestational sac fetal pole and yolk sac with a heart rate of 104bpm. Everyone is different though I have seen some people go for an ultrasound at 6w+ and still only see just the gestational sac. But if you're just looking for a gestational sac to see where it's implanted I would say around 5 weeks :)

They first saw little dot at 5 weeks. They only checked because i had mc right before i got pregnant again and i was having some bleeding again.
