What do I dooo?😕

Ok so I like a guy at school(we are both 15) anyway I seriously like the guy and we are kinda friends and talk and all. I only started this school about 4/5 weeks ago and since the first day there I have noticed he always stares at me in every class we have together and I'm not gonna lie when he isn't looking I stare at him. I read somewhere ages ago that when guys raise their eyebrows at you it's a subtle/not so subtle sign that they like you. When he stares at me and I look over at him he raises his eyebrows. I want to believe he also likes me and I want to tell him I like him... but I don't know whether to or not! What do I do?
