my daughter's ears are sticking out

My family and my husbands family all have was sticking out . Each one of our family has had surgery to correct this. My daughter was born with normal looking ears but now at 3 months, her ears are suddenly sticking out ... has anyone found any solution for this that does not include surgery ? I won't do the surgery for her, it's something she will have to decide for herself when she is older , yet if I can fix this now then why not !
