Too young?

My grandma will leave her blush and lipstick out so my 3 year old loves getting into it and putting it on herself and my grandma. I only wear mascara and on special occasions eye liner but since she has so much fun with my grandma's stuff I was thinking of getting her a little play makeup kit (only for inside and playing) but I am conflicted. I feel she is still really young for it but it's fun to see her play in my grandma's cause she gets super excited about it and thinks she is such an expert. I don't want her to grow up too fast but she isn't exposed to it in any way except for play. Should I wait or just go ahead and get it?
