What's going on?!

My last period started on September 24, but lasted much longer than typically. Lasted 8 days and was heavy, rather than 3-4 days really light. I haven't had a period since, I'm on the depo shot. There was one day around the first of November that I had noticed a slight amount of blood when I had wiped, but that was it. I have taken tests, but all look negative... this was my last test taken...

How long have you been on depo? Depo is a VERY reliable form of BC, so it's unlikely that it failed, although nothing is impossible. If you've just recently started depo, it could be the culprit to the changes in your cycle. It can take months for one's body to adjust to the hormones in BC. If this is just completely out of character for you though, and you've been on depo for awhile (6 months to a year), I'd suggest discussing these concerns with your doc. The good news is that your test looks negative, but there could be other hormonal issues going on that your doc should address. GL to you, I hope you're able to get this all sorted out soon. Most likely though, if you've recently just started depo, it could be your body just adjusting to it. My sister was on depo for years, and in the beginning had a few periods, but then she stopped having them completely. She'd have a few days of light bleeding once every few months or so, but for the most part her periods pretty much stopped while she was on it. All my best hun! :-)
