pls help! baby eczema

Pls does anyone have any tips or advise how to help my baby with his eczema as it's getting worse. Have been to the gp twice and put on epaderm ointment then zero derm, have also tried coconut oil but nothing seem to work 😥 he also have a bad case of cradle cap and bald patches on his head. I use Childs farm sensitive for his wash. I'm a ftm and failing miserably!😔
