Ways to destress!
Okay so about 3 months ago I started getting migraines and my doctor has concluded that it is coming from how stressed I am. I am a senior in high school and it is stressing me out trying to do my school work, apply for colleges, apply for scholarships, etc. He gave me Topamax and it's not helping but he claims no amount of medicine will help if I don't destress myself, so I'm looking for things to destress. Any advice would be appreciated!
