Thoughts On Working Out
Ok so for my first pregnancy I was 100% a couch potato. I didn't want to exercise because of nausa and also fear of doing something that would not be good for the baby. Well 11 weeks later I had my d&c (baby stopped at 5 weeks growing) and now I'm pregnant with my second. I workout almost daily (moderate) and I want to hit up the gym to keep healthy but I'm debating if it's better to stay still and take it easy. If you've had a MC, for your next pregnancy did your doctor tell you to chill and bed rest it up, or did you get an all clear to run, do the elliptical etc?! I don't plan on lifting weights or anything insane. Thanks in advance!!!
