can express how grateful I am

My fiancé and I got unexpectedly pregnant (I was on bc) in February and we were so shocked and excited. My water broke at 20 weeks and I ended up delievering a sleeping baby boy. We were devasted and found out last month that we're expecting again. I wanted to tell people right away well at thanksgiving and he was not wanting too he stood his ground and didn't want to. I kept asking and asking and still no he was getting mad that I wouldn't leave it alone. And on thanksgiving we went around the table at dinner and said what we're thankful for. We were the last two and I went first. I got emotional saying how I was thankful for everyone being there for us during such a hard year for us. Then he went and said he's thing and then shockingly told everyone that we've got a bun in the oven! I was so excited and shocked and happy! He did such a selfless thing because I know he was scared to tell anyone but I am so grateful I love him so much
