when to start pumping

I'm 4 days pp and would like to start pumping. Do any of you have some advice on how to work out a schedule without messing up my supply so lo can still get all the milk she needs? I have no clue! Thank you!

Answer

I started pumping just once in the morning. If your LO is feeding on demand and you have time before you go to work then I'd just do it once a day either in the morning or at night. If you want to build a stash then try power pumping I looked it up on Pinterest.
