Glucose test and hypoglycemic

I go for my 1 hour glucose test in the next two weeks... I'm hypoglycemic and watch how I eat sugars and make sure I eat properly so my levels don't go crazy and I get sick and faint. I'm wondering how this drink being so sugary will affect me and if it will make my levels out of whack and make me have an episode?! Anyone else hypoglycemic or even diabetic and was fine?! I'm kinda freaking out about it.
