Night time

I really need some advice. My LO is 18 days old. At night I will change him, feed him, burp him and then try and get him to sleep. He is always wide awake. I don't talk to him, I keep the lights off, no tv on. This process sometimes takes 2 hours by the time he falls asleep, it's about 45 mins till he is up and hungry again. I am exhausted. Day time he sleeps so well and passes out after he eats.
