Gender Reveal

Okay so I was wondering when you ladies recommend finding out the gender of the baby? My first pregnancy I waited till I was 21 weeks! But this one I wanna know the earliest I could cause I haven't announced my pregnancy and I wanna do it knowing if it's a boy or girl:)!! N if you wondering my last pregnancy I didn't show till I was 22 weeks, so hoping this pregnancy I can do the same and announce to my family the gender and that I'm having a baby!  I heard you can get a 3D as early as 14 weeks?
