Contractions

I'm a FTM and I'm having some crazy bad pain. It feels like my period on steroids. I can barely move! I'm 37+2. I've been in pre-labor for almost a month now and I've been having contractions pretty consistently but out of nowhere it hit me like a truck and won't go away. I don't know what to do. I'm timing them but it doesn't seem right. 5-7 apart with 30-45 seconds lasting. Any advice?
