clear jelly mucus

I am on the IUD for birth control and I had unprotected sex on Nov 25 but he didn't cum in me and I just went to the restroom and saw this clear jelly like mucus and I'm not having an signs of early pregnancy and my cycle isn't till the 19th and the only normal symptoms I'm having of pre period is sore breasts and acne break out as of now so what does this mean??? I'm completely freaking the hell out I've never seen this and it's too early to take a test please tell me All of this is normal
