6 weeks and I have no spleen

I'm 6 weeks pregnant today.I have a 6 year old and I was pregnant a few months ago but sadly miscarried. This is now my 3rd pregnancy and I am worried that I might miscarry cuz I'm feb2016 I had my spleen removed due to a large cyst in my spleen. I'm also worried if I do survive this pregnancy and i make it past miscarriage stage I am then worried if I will have a csection due to the large scar down my tummy.
