6wks and feel like I have a sinus infection coming on

So, today I woke up with a ichy throat and stuffy nose. Now, I'm constantly coughing up mucus and feel like I have a fever coming on. I'm currently 6 was and I have my first doctors appointment tomorrow morning. I have some Tylenol multi symptom medicine but I'm worried to take it. Any suggestions would help? Thanks ladies
