Cup always leaks

My cup leaks once or twice a day and it ruins my panties and pants! I wear a pants liner, but since the leak is so much I might as well wear a pad. Whenever I empty my cup, it is completely filled to the brim and I empty it twice a day. Should I switch to another cup? It's making me want to go back to tampons!
