menstrual cup pain
So this is my second cycle using it... and I was experiencing a lot of pain, I figured I was putting it in wrong...
.
I also had an unrelated headache and took some acetaminophen for it, and now the pain is gone... I guess my cramps are bad enough this cycle that I was feeling them much further down. I thought I was killing myself with the cup! 😂
So to all y'all with pain usinf the cup, make sure to check if they're menstrual cramps first. For some reason (not sure if cup caused or even related) but my cramps feel very different this cycle. Last cycle I was blessed with the unusual, unpredictable, theoretically unattainable crampless period. So it was so weird and I didn't know how the cup would affect me on a non-magical cycle.
