IUD with a diva cup ?

Question

So I got the diva cup to go more natural with my period instead of wasting money buying pads and tampons, but I have the skyla IUD and I was wondering if it's safe to use a cup with an IUD, do I have to be extra careful at putting in and taking it out to make sure I don't pull my strings ? Does anyone on here have an IUD and using the cup ?  Any tips ? Lol

I've had a Paragard for eight years and use a Diva Cup. Just don't yank your strings.

I have an IUD and use a diva cup. It's totally safe. Just make sure you break the seal when removing it. Meaning that you break the suction of the cup before removing it completely. Hope this helps!

Just as safe as a tampon. Just make sure if you have any questions check with your OB first. I double checked with my OB she said there was no added risk of it coming out with a cup.
