first time menstrual cup user!
I just got my Lena cup, I was practicing inserting it earlier I uses the c fold, punch down fold and lots of lube. It still hurt and I couldn't get it all the way in. I have the size small. I'm 15 and not a virgin. Any tips to help me get it to work?
