help please! issues at 34 weeks!

I had sex yesterday which caused me to start bleeding, I went to the hospital, and they let me go back home, however they told me that if the tightenings get worse to go back in, and if the bleeding doesn't stop to go back in.

Anyway the bleeding stopped, and so did the tightening for the most part.

But now I'm getting like a lot of hot flashes, and I'm getting nauseous (I just threw up for the first time since the beginning of my second trimester)

I'm 34 weeks, and yesterday she said I was dilated to an almost 2.

I don't really want to go in again unless necessary seeing as I was in just yesterday.

Is this something I should be concerned about? Does it sound like preterm labor? Or like something could be happening to my baby?
