How to Count Monthly Birthday?

This is probably a silly question but...

I'm wanting to take a monthly photo of baby to keep track of her milestones and keep my family on FB in the loop.

She was born on November 13th and will technically be four weeks on Sunday (11th). Would it make more sense to celebrate on every 13th of the month or to follow it depending on the actual day every month lands on?

I just posted about this the other day. I was told that I would consider the 10th his one month since he was born on the 10th of November. Which makes sense now that I think about it. We celebrate one year based on the day they are born, not based on how many weeks they are.

My daughter was born on 10/29 and I took her 1 month photo for milestones at 11/29 😊
