freaking out a little

I have a serious question. So I bled just a little during sex. Not even bright red, just a little blood and it was pinkish. I went to the doctor about 2 months ago and got checked out and I didn't have anything. I got checked for literally everything. Yet I still have a smell and yellow discharge which made me get checked in the first place. She did a Pap smear as well. I was looking online and I saw something that said a lot of times bleeding during intercourse is linked to cervical cancer, std's, etc. I obviously don't have either of those things. And wouldn't my doctor be able to determine cervical cancer through my Pap smear? Or is there a special type of test for that? Sorry for all the questions just freaking out.
